How long will it take for BonnyM to deliver a package?

• We will deliver a package within 5-10 days.

• If a customer orders a customized product, we will notify them of the estimated delivery date.

How long I am allowed to do Return & Exchange?

​

• Upon receiving the product, our customer has up to 7 days to inform us.

​

Conditions for Return & Exchange:

​

• The product should be unused, unaltered, not torn, and without any flaws. The product must be kept the way it was received.

• All the components of the package must be kept intact.

• Information regarding the purchase must be provided.

•  Within 7 days of purchase.

What if I Can’t provide Purchase Information?

• To verify that a purchase was made, we need a method of authentication. Our customers must provide us with some form of evidence to prove a transaction occurred.

Please return the product to our concern by contacting with Online Representative and we will arrange the return within a week after receiving the product (Upon fulfillment of Return & Exchange Conditions).

* Your return product may take several days to reach us, depending on the shipping method and carrier you choose.  As we are not liable for return packages that are lost in-transit, keep your proof of postage and Tracking/Reference Number.

* BonyyM will only provide the charges for the product that will be resent to you. If our customer chooses any shipping method other than the ones BonnyM Provides (Free Shipment), they will have to bear the charges.
